When you receive any necklace, bracelet, and/or ring and the size is an issue, the item may be returned at your expense. Adjustments will be made, but additional shipping fees will be charged for return mailing based on the original cost of shipping. I will contact you to process the additional shipping charges via credit card. Once shipping is paid order will be shipped.

All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail FREE of charge for United States locations ONLY.

For an additional $4.95 PRIORITY MAIL is an option.

Orders may be expedited for faster delivery at appropriate rates depending on the form of delivery service.

Insurance may be purchased for any order.

If additional shipping services or insurance is desired, please contact me and I will email you a revised invoice.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are charged shipping.
Anyone wishing to have items shipped outside of the United States must contact me for cost of shipping to their location.

Orders ship within 3-5 business days upon receipt of payment. (Excluding week-ends)

When item(s) are purchased and payment is not processed within 2 days the item will be re-listed for sale.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Even though my creations are one of a kind similar multiple items may be made for special occasions such as wedding party gifts. The items will be similar, made with like materials, but variances of individual pieces will occur due to the hand manipulation process.
