If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to me in its original unused condition within 28 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, credit will be given towards a new selection or special order.

Please note:
Items will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. If you decide to return your purchase you must contact via email prior to sending item. This is to insure that I am aware of the return and will expect its arrival. I will contact you via email upon its arrival to me.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches me. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the items.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where items are faulty and a refund is made.

Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed starting from the day it is delivered to me.
